Tennis Clinics Date: Beginning June 22 and continuing through the summer Time: Every Saturday Joe Prado will begin weekly tennis clinics on Saturdays from 9 am to 10:30 am for intermediate players and 10:30 am to 12 pm for advanced players. Classes will be held on the lower courts closer to the lake. Coach Prado will help determine your tennis level if you’re unsure where you belong! Clinics are $30 per person. Wednesday Mah Jongg Date: Every Wednesday Time: 3:00-5:00pm Place: GIC Clubhouse Details: If you are new to Mah Jongg and would like to learn, please contact Vicki Kaufman. GIC resident and USA Pickleball-certified coach, Andrew Schrage, will be offering some pickleball clinics this summer for the GIC community. The goal of these clinics will be to give the GIC community a strong pickleball foundation and a sense of both the technical and tactical skills of the sport so that they can bring their games to the next level. Andrew tries to keep clinics schedule as listed below (HOWEVER, please CHECK the Monday Social Committee Blast Out or reach out to Andrew directly for days and times each week as they may have changed). Every Thursday (9:30AM-11AM), there will be an Advanced clinic for players who have played competitive matches, may have received some training in person, and have a strong grasp of the foundational and strategic aspects. The cost of the clinics will be $30/person. Each clinic will be capped at 8 people, so please let Andrew know in advance each week if you will be attending.
